Playground opening times
The playground is currently open 9am to 4pm. With help from volunteers we would like to keep it open until 8pm through the summer.
If you can help keep it open for the children of Tavistock to enjoy, please contact the office.
Bulk storage
Garage No. 27 in the car park is our bulk storage area. You can leave items such as furniture or white goods (fridges, washing machines and similar) here.
Please do not leave these items in communal areas, as they are a health and safety hazard.
Recycling bags
Domestic recycling bags can be collected from the Co-Op office. Food recycling bags are available at any of the Westminster Libraries.

Your first point of contact for day-to-day matters on the estate, including communal areas, repairs and general block queries. Residents are welcome to drop in to the office during the times below.

Report anti-social behaviour
For issues such as harassment, intimidation, drug activity or repeated nuisance. If a crime is happening now or someone is in danger, call 999.
Heating and hot water repairs
A total loss of heating or hot water is treated as an emergency and can be reported 24 hours a day. Out of hours, press option 1.
Ventilation repairs
Report extractor fan or ventilation faults on the same Westminster housing repairs line.
Pest control
Free for Westminster council tenants. For leaseholders the cost is covered by your annual service charge.
Noise nuisance
For persistent disturbance such as loud music, DIY or shouting from a neighbouring property. Report it using Westminster's online form.
Westminster housing services
General housing, rent and tenancy enquiries. Service centres are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Westminster lessee services
For leaseholders: service charges, buildings insurance, subletting and major works enquiries.
