For no heating, no hot water, or serious safety issues, call the 24-hour Westminster repairs line. When calling out of hours, press option 1.
If you have a complaint you would like to raise directly with Westminster City Council, you can find full guidance on the next page.
If damage has been caused to your flat, for example by a leak from a flat above, you may be able to make a claim on your buildings insurance.
Potholes, broken paving, fly-tipping, graffiti, or a faulty street light? FixMyStreet lets you report the problem, see what neighbours have already flagged nearby, and follow progress. Your report is sent to the council or authority responsible for fixing it.
Noise, harassment, intimidation, drug misuse, or other anti-social behaviour can be reported to Westminster City Council so it can be logged and looked into.
If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is happening right now, always call 999.
Loud music, banging, DIY at unsociable hours, persistent barking, or other ongoing noise can be reported to Westminster City Council through their Report It service.
It helps to note the dates and times the noise happens, as this supports the Council's investigation.
If you are unsure who is responsible or how best to report the problem, just get in touch with the office. We will guide you through it.
