Westminster has a hardship fund which may be attractive to some residents which will be closing mid-March.

In summary the fund is open to anyone that is

  • A Westminster resident

  • Pays a rent or mortgage

  • Isn’t a full-time student

  • Doesn’t receive a means test benefit, including Housing Benefit

  • Has a low income of up to £30k, or £50k if there are children in the household, and has less than £5k in savings

  • Is struggling financially due to cost-of-living pressures
